2006-07 CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEE TIMESHEETS
 
Shown below are links to the new Classified Employee Timesheets for the 2006-07 fiscal year. Each month you may download the timesheet for that month, print it, fill it out, sign it, and return it to your supervisor for signing. Timesheets are due to Payroll no later than the twenty-first (21st) of each month, so you should project the last week of the month. For example, if you know you are taking a vacation day during the last week of the month, include your vacation hours on the timesheet by putting the vacation time used in the "vacation" section (in light blue) of the timesheet. If, for some reason, you do not use the time off, note it on your next month's timesheet in the column provided for "prior month corrections." Also available is the Excel spreadsheet that includes the entire year's time sheets as well as a record of vacation/sick time usage.
