Test Scoring and Survey Analysis

Test scoring and survey analysis are available to all Mt. SAC instructors. Your division office provides the blue and white Test Scoring Service (TSS) forms (NCS 237469-1). Results of tests and surveys submitted to the Help Desk during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) are available after 7:30 a.m. the following day.

Electronic Job Submission to Printing Services via Freeflow

Save time by submitting documents via the web to Printing Services. For more information, visit the DocuWeb web site, http://printshop.mtsac.edu.

Roll Sheets, Labels, and Reports

Please submit all requests to the Help Desk at ext. 4357 (HELP). Most reports are available within 24 hours, but some may take longer. Please ask when request is submitted.

For all requests, please note delivery method:

  • Campus Mail
  • Pick-up from Help Desk
  • Delivery to mailbox in Building 4

IT is able to deliver reports to buildings 9A, 9B, 9C, 4, and 6.

 

ROLL SHEETS

Please provide the following information:

  • Type of roll
  • Duplicate (identical to original roll sheets issued) or Updated (current with adds and drops)
  • Course reference number

TYPES OF ROLLS

Temporary No Show Response (orange)
This roll CANNOT be updated after the No Show Response Record has been processed.

Permanent (green)
This roll may be updated at any time.

Grade Response (brown)
This sheet will NOT be updated unless the original sheet is returned to IT.

Roll Verification (blue)
This roll sheet CANNOT be updated.

Positive Attendance (purple)
For Community Education courses, please see Community Education office. For credit courses, please see Admissions office.

Add slips
Please state number of slips needed and the reference number of the class.

During the first two weeks of each semester, roll sheets and add slips are available in 2-3 hours.


LABELS

IT is able to print the following types of on-campus labels:

  • Full-time faculty
  • Part-time faculty
  • Full-time, classified management
  • Full-time, classified staff

On-campus labels can be sorted alphabetically or by department number. They can also be run for a specific department number. For mailings, faculty labels are sorted alphabetically and classified labels are sorted by department per Mail Services' request.

Student home address labels can be generated by the following selection criteria:

  • Reference number (Reference numbers prior to fall 1999 are not available.)
  • Program/major code
  • Student number
  • GPA
  • Ethnicity

More selection criteria will be available in the future. Please ask when submitting request. Address labels can be sorted in alphabetical or zip code order.


REPORTS

Please have the following information:

  • Report Number and/or Report Description
  • Term (if applicable)
  • Reference Numbers (if applicable)
  • Division (if report is to be run for only the division)
  • Instructor (if report is for an instructor)
