The Accounts Receivable staff is responsible for the custody of cash on hand, maintains cash receipts from all college sources to ensure daily deposits into the bank accounts and the Los Angeles County Treasurer, maintains the revolving cash reimbursement for emergency disbursements. Accounts Receivable is responsible for invoicing and collecting funds owed the College.
