Tax Shelter Info
As Mt. SAC's third-party administrator for tax shelters, Schools First Credit Union will be on campus (Building 40, Room 138) once a month from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sep. 7th, Oct. 7th, Nov. 8th, and Dec. 7th 2010; and Jan. 6th, Feb. 7th, March 7th, and April 7th 2011. If you have any retirement planning or tax shelter questions, please email Ryan Lozano at rlozano@schoolsfirstfcu.org to schedule an appointment.
2011 Staff Parking Permits
Parking Services (Bldg. 40) will begin issuing the new 2011 annual staff parking
permits on Dec. 1, 2010. These permits will be valid for the entire calendar year.
Your current permits expire Dec. 31, 2010. Starting Wed., Dec. 1, 2010,
all staff eligible for an annual staff parking permit should go to Parking
Services Office with their current permit and a photo identification to
receive the new 2011 permit. For questions or more info., contact Parking
Services at ext. 4233.

Please submit your departmental website content updates and design requests to the IT HELP DESK via e-mail: helpdesk@mtsac.edu. Your request will be automatically logged in and then assigned to the appropriate member on the Web Team. You will be notified when the requested work is completed and asked questions for clarification in necessary.
BUDGET INFO SITE
In an effort to consolidate budget-related information and make it more easily accessible to Mt. SAC employees, we have launched a new webpage, "Mt. SAC Budget Information." It contains links to the current budget, the tentative 2010-11 budget, cost-cutting measures, budget updates provided by senior management, information relative to the 4/10 work week (and related MOUs), as well as a resource link to state budget matters. This site will be udapted regularly as new information and documents are released going forward.
